Custom animation appears to be all set up, but it's not working.

Custom animation is set up, but it is not working. Something potentially is
overriding it, and I can't figure it out. Anyone know?
 
Choose Slide Show | Set Up Show, and make sure that the Show without
animation option is not checked.
