Cursor exceptionally long on textboxes

Hello there.

My cursor (the one you see when typing, the one that tells you where you are
in your text) is exceptionally long.

As you can see it is exceptionally long and this can be VERY annoying when
typing in text or location.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Start - Run
access.cpl ,3
Set the Cursor width to minimum
Click OK
