CTSysVol.exe issue when coming off standby mode

Hello,
I see the following message when I get off standy mode, "CTSysVol.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close".

What is this and how can I make this not show up everytime I get back on
from standby mode? Thank you for your prompt response.
