Ctrl "Q" does not work

I've just moved to a new tablet PC and use Office 2003 on
it. I am no longer able to use the Ctrl Q keyboard
shortcut to mark an email as read when I view it in the
viewing pane. All other shortcuts work, Alt S, Ctrl D,
etc. Any idea how to fix problem

I also have this problem with the [Ctrl]-[Q] shortcut on my tablet PC
(WinXP) w/ Outlook 2003 SP1 (11.6359.6360). Any other tablet PC users
out there seeing the same behavior?
