CTRL+I (shortcut to Inbox) not working

Hi,

I can no longer do CTRL+I to get quickly to the Inbox. I have run the
office update, uninstalled Outlook, reinstalled Outlook and run the
office update again. Yet, I can still not do CTRL+I - what can I do to
solve the problem???

Do any of the keyboard shortcuts work? If you press CTRL+SHIFT+J do you
get a new journal entry?

Have you installed any new software since the last time it worked -- maybe
something else that is sitting on the CTRL+SHIFT+I?

CTRL+SHIFT+J works, but CTRL+SHIFT+I does not. It seems all my other
shortcuts work. Any idea how to fix?
