The CONTROL+(key) functions are not working on my PC (Windows XP Professional
Version 2002 Service Pack 3) It did this 2 days ago and I fixed it by
disabling StickyKeys & FilterKeys. I tried that again today but, this time,
the SHIFT and ALT keys work fine in conjunction with other keys but neither
of the two CTRL buttons work in conjuntion with other keys. I checked and
StickyKeys was disabled, as were FilterKeys AND I even disabled all HotKeys
functions on the PC and disabled the program "hkcmd" from running at startup.
Restarted my PC so changes could take effect but all to no avail.
Furthermore, the F5 button is suddenly not working either (to refresh
internet pages, for example) What do I do?
