CTRL+F4 and F6 are not working in Windows XP Pro

Has anyone come across this problem before and found a
fix for it. Keyboard shortcuts CTRL+F4 and CTRL+F6 do
not work while others do (like CTRL+F5).

Found it... InterVideo WinCinema Manager was the
problem.... closed it from the system tray and the
shortcuts came back.
