I posted this earlier but it seems to have disappeared down a black hole!
Anyway, here goes take-2.

How can I get a list of all the CTRL+ALT+x shortcuts that I defined?

Not quite. I want a list of keys that I have already defined. Your suggestion
just takes me to the "Windows keyboard shortcuts overview" with no mention of
keys such as CTRL+ALT+W = WordPerfect / CTRL+ALT+N = Notepad which I know are
there.

I don`t think you can other than examining all the icon properties for
each of the shortcuts you have defined. They are not stored anywhere
else.
