Crystal WDM - Sound Codec

Since i upgraded to XP, my soundard stopped working. It
says code 12, and I followed all the guides how to handle
it, but it didn't work. Can someone help me?

My Soundcard is Crystal Audio CS 4237, and have a dell
Latitude Cpi Portable D266XT.

Please answer..

Go to Dell's tech support website for your particular model laptop and
download sound drivers that will work with XP.
