i installed xp home on my dell latitude laptop,i lost my
sounds/audio.i uninstalled thenreinstalled crystalwdm
audio codec,xp will not reconize it.[not an executable
program] ANY HELP OUT THERE?

Have you checked with Dell for XP drivers for your sound card?
