Creating multiple calendar views, visible to all users?

Is there a way to create a a single instance Calendar view, within a
Public Folder or another publicly visible location within Exchange,
where I would be able to publish the free/busy status of all our
conference room resources so that people could quickly reference it and
know what conference rooms are immediately available?
