After upgrqading from Windows Home to Windows
Professional, I lost my internet connection. When I try
to create a new connection using the Wizard, I get as far
as the window that gives me the option to manually create
the connection; then, the next window does not allow me to
elect the modem connection, but, instead, by default,
presents me only the option for a broadband connection.

What to do?
