Creating an .ini file and putting it into a game!

i recently got cheats for starsky & hutch PC GAME and it
has asked me to create an .ini file and put it into the
starsky & hutch game folder. could anyone tell me how to
go about this.

An "ini" file is an initialization file. When a program starts, it may look
for this file which will give it instructions on setting custom parameters
for the program. You can create this file using Notepad and save the file in
the appropriate folder with the .ini file extension. (ie: xxx.ini)

The instructions for creating the file should specify the text that needs to
be in the file.
