Creating a New Folder

One of our Outlook 2000 users cannot create a folder in
Outlook. She gets a message saying "the operation failed
due to a registry error".

Do you have any idea on how to fix it?

childofthe1980s,

I experienced this error alot when our company upgraded from Office XP to
Office 2003, to fix that, you simply need to do a detect and repair.

Stick in your Office 03 disk, and it will give you the option. Also its good
practice to completly remove the older office product before installing the
new one.
 
Er...sorry I didnt mean office 03, I ment Office 2k.

Detect and repair is a great tool.
