Hello:

A Windows 2000 Professional user with Outlook 2002 cannot create a new
folder in Outlook.

If I remember correctly, the error message she gets when she attempts to do
so says "Outlook cannot read the registry information". I cannot find any
KnowledgeBase articles on this.

Does anyone know of a solution?

We have Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5, here on our network. No other users
here on our network have this problem, and they all have about the same
configuration.

Thanks!

If I were in your shoes, I'd do the following:

1) If using an Exchange server, speak to the Exchange admins.
2) Create a new PST (if not using an Exchange server), make it the delivery
location, and copy all the data from the old to the new.
3) Create a new mail profile and connect it to the PST of 2).
