Createing a bootable Windows XP Home Setup CD

I have a Laptop with all of the setup files on it.
Recently some of the OS files got corrupted and I want to
do a clean install. I don't have a floppy drive on this
system so I have to do everything by CD. How can I
generate a bootable CD with all of the setup files on it?
