i m trying to create a rule to put email mail sending out into organized
folders.
i start from create a blank rule but failed coz only "move a COPY" is
available which is not desired.
besides, template also failed as the single rule will applied to incoming
email, i.e.,
i create a rule by TEMPLDATE to move that copy of sent item to "MICROSOFT"
folder whenever i sent email to (e-mail address removed), it not only works for
email sent to (e-mail address removed) but also incoming email from
(e-mail address removed) move to sent item which is contradict with my existing
rule.
anybody advise??
