create local user account after joining domain

I hope this isn't too simple to post. I know that when adding a user
on an XP computer to a Windows network there is the option of "create
local user account." what has happened is that no local accounts
were
setup. Now there is of course the Documents and Settings
\network_account_username hierarchy. We'd like to preserve all that.
In addition we want to add a local account just like we would have
had
if we answered the bloomin question correct in the first place.

I haven't tried this, but can I just go though the Join a Domain
wizzard again doing it right this time and then loading the newly
created user's profile from the old network profile?

Thanks

Well, you do have a local account, you have the local Administrator account.

A local account for the regular user who uses a network login.

I don't want A user account. I do want an account by the same name as
that of the domain login.
