crashing

my pc keeps crashing it was only when i played my games to start with but now
it is doing it all the time sometimes it does it withinminutes of me turning
it on i have tried everything i can think of i have run norton and virus
scans and nothing is helping i have even flattened it but nothing has changed
has anyone got any ideas it is driving me insane and i pretty new to pc so am
not sure what to do next any help would be much appreciated
 
The admin tool 'Event Viewer' might show you what device or driver might be
causing the crash
