Crashed xp windows

if i crashed my windows, is there a way to get into system restore when i
turn on my computer?

Not without that XP CD that you seem to have lost in the "middle" of your
install

What is the problem that caused you to think of reinstalling Windows XP?

What is your computer make and model?

Try booting into safe mode by pressing F8 before you see the Windows XP boot
screen and try doing a system restore in safe mode. If you can't boot into
safe mode, you will most probably need the Windows XP CD.
