Crashed IE browser

I am running Windows XP and explorer 6.0. The kids got
on the computer and now when I try to use the Internet
Explorer browser, I get the following error message:

"...has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry
for the inconvenience."

technical info: App Name: iexplore.exe, App
version:6.0.2600, Module version:1.0.0.14, Module
name:winshow.dll, Offset:0000c9de

Can someone get me on a path to correct this problem? I
am currently using the MSN Explorer browser, but would
like to correct this problem...Thanks everyone

Kathy, if you figure out a solution please let me know,
im having the same problem and im stumpted. I have
posted as well, if you want to send your email, send me

It's a parasites. This tool should remove it.

Remove all the others while you are cleaning up.
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
