Explorer Won't Open, Winshow.dll error

Hi there, a couple weeks ago IE just stopped working for
me. Everytime I try to open it, no browser window would
open, just the Send Error-Report window would. It seems
the problem is:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName:
winshow.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.14 Offset: 0000c9de

I've been using MSN Explorer and it's really bad, I want
IE back! Please help!
