Crash explorer

hi all,
I've a problem with explorer.exe.
When I try to click with right mouse on a file, explorer
restart!
but if I click on link or directory not...
I have win2k(SP2) whit lastest update.
help me pls.
(sorry for my bad english...)

SP2 is not the latest update for win2k, sp4 is. install it and see what
happens.
