I was in the process of downloading some current virus
definition updates and upon completion, my system became
real slow. I checked the CPU utilization in task manager
and it's pegged at 100%. All of the processing power was
on the system processes. I checked for viruses and found
nothing, I removed some spyware on the system and still
had no results. Then I installed Process Explorer, and
under the "threads" category, it's showing all of my
processing power being directed to the following area:
Ntoskrnl.exe!ExQueueWorkItem+0xa2 is this particular file
corrupted or is their a patch that can correct this?
