cpu usage monitor in taskbar?

Hi, I am looking for a program to put a cpu usage monitor in the
taskbar. I
searched but couldn't find any. Any available for win xp pro?

Thanks, I know that can be done. I was hoping for something i could
customize with a numerical display, and maybe something that could
also display physical memory usage.
