How can i fix my computer so when it boots up to regular
mode that it will work. I have noticed that when i bring
up the task manage it shows the cpu usage at 100%. when i
look at the processes running it shows explore.exe using
99% of the cpu and task using 1%. When i bring up the
task manager in safe mode it shows the cpu usage at 2%
with 99% usage falling under system idle process. Please
help me fix the issue in regular mode. Why would it do
that. please email me if you can help. I thank all of
you in advance for helping me solve this problem.

.
turn on the xp firewall
update virus definitions and run a full system scan
download and run a spware remover such as spybot

Run a full scan with an up-to-date AVP and a spyware scanner
(www.safer-networking.org).
