Dave
| Today my 2month old Toshiba Tecra M1 laptop is playing up.
| Firstly the internal modem won't dial out, error 633 keeps coming up as soon as
| trying to dial any connection. Also when working in MS Office (excell or word) I
| am frequently locking up with 100% CPU usage, when looking at the process that
| is causing most of the problems it seems more often than not to be
| "agentsvr.exe" and also on one occassion it was "winword.exe". These problems
| all started today I think.
|
| I have done a full scan using Symantec AV with latest defs and also scanned
| using Ad-Aware with latest updates but nothing found.
|
| I am running XP SP1 with all latest updates.
|
| Any help would be appreciated!
|
| Thanks
| Steve
