Hi guys,
My CPU usage is sitting at between 84 & 100% on my XP Pro box but it does not change nor does the usage history graph show any movement at all. But the processes shows that my idle is 99% and my computer seems to be running ok.
I read that it could be my graphics card so I re-installed the graphics card driver, cleaned the registry and scanned for virus's and it's still the same.
Just wondering if anyone has come across and resolved this issue before as any help would be appreciated.
