CPU running 100%

im running vista home basic. got 2GB ram today, running sweat until i turned
it off. now everytime turn it on, CPU usage is 100%, dwm is taking 50ish%.
why is this happening, it was flying until i turned it off

you have a virus, quick turn your computer off and throw it out a
window.
