CPU at 100%

Posted this in another group. But if anyone knows why my cpu usage is at 100%
and explorer.exe is using 99% of it when I open a folder containing video,
pictures, and music.

I agree with Ken. There is likely nothing in the KB article that will help
you. Try downloading ProcessExplorer from the following link.

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html

It will allow you to explore in greater detail than Task manager does. It is
likely a codec you recently installed is the culprit. Have you recently
installed or updated any multi-media, disc burning, music player, etc.
software?
