Windows Explorer uses 99% cpu when I open a certain folder.

When I click 'My Computer' and open a folder I created that contains 45GB of
mpeg video, elplorer.exe uses 99% of my cpu. I had all this videos lose in
'My Documents' and it this never happened when they were there. But I moved
'em into a separate folder two days ago so I could sort and delete them as
needed but as soon as the folder is open, it maxes out my cpu. I also just
installed google desktop a couple days ago, but it finished indexing my files
overnight, so I don't think that is the problem.

I did a search and someone else had a similar problem, but it didn't help me
at all. What can I do about this? Right now it has been at 100% cpu usage for
20mins. It goes away if I force windows explorer to quit, but as soon as I go
back to the folder, 100% cpu usage.

Thanks in advance. : )
