Couldn't read file saved in Chinese Version of XP

I saved a .jpeg file in Chinese filename using my
friend's PC with Chinese version of Windows XP.
When I tried to open the file in my English version
Windows XP, the filename becomes ??.jpg . This makes my
file couldn't be read.(But the file is there i.e. it
still consumes memory) May I know the solution for this
problem ? Thank you very much.

I couldn't right click the file. It says "invalid
filename". But I know the file is still there. Just that
the file name is not readable in English version of XP.
Any idea to solve this? Thank you.
