Chinese Version Of XP, With Chinese Version of OFFICE?

Hello

Situation-
A customer requires a Chinese version of Windows XP.
The Customer will buy a brand new laptop and of course the laptop will come
with a UK version of XP.
The customer requires a Chinese version of Office 2003, this will be brought
fresh.

What is the answer, I read that the is a Multi version pack which can be
applied? Can some one point me in the right dirrection?

Nigel;
You are referring to the Multilingual User Interface.
It can only be used with an English version of Windows.
Generally you must get it from your OEM in conjunction with the Windows
purchase unless you are otherwise eligible for the MUI:

Your customer may need to buy Windows in Chinese if the computer is not
ordered with Chinese to begin with.
