Corrupted setting

yesterday I clicked on a link in my email and Firefox didn't load properly.
After trying a second time, I forced it closed in task manager. The problem
is that now when I click on a link if Firefox is minimized, it only opens a
tiny 1 inch by 1 inch box. It doesn't restore the screen to the normal size.
I have to right click on the button on the task bar and choose maximize.

How do I fix this?

Right-click the Taskbar, click "Cascade windows". Then it'll be large
enough that you can resize it.
