I have an (E:\) partition with only the zip copies of a zillion programs
stored on it, and now get the following error:

E:\ is not accessable
The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

Is there any way to get to the files so I can copy them to a CD? I am
running XP Home.

Many thanks...Mike...please remove all the .nospam stuff in the addy to
reply in email.

Hi,

Was it readable before on this same system? Or just on another one?
Is "E" a separate drive or just another partition on the same drive?

I formatted the drive and will get fresh copies of everything. I have the
purchased items on CD's. Thanks though
