Corporate address book updating

I am using this in Cached mode. I do not want the corporate address book updated on a regular basis. Is there a way to turn it off?
 
Yes there is. Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Send/Receive...->
select mail group-> button Edit...-> select the Exchange server and make the
setting
