copyright protected

hello all I recently bought a new computer with xp on my
old one I had 98 and copied all my cds and everything
worked fine I decided to use my hard drive of my old
computer as the second hard drive of my new computer and
just access all my stuff that way every thing is fine
except my music I can't play anything. Help

If you copied the songs in Win98 to your harddrive they are NOT copyrigh
protected. Your media player must have access to your harddrive for th
songs to activate. Have you tried to doubleclick one of the songs and if i
gives an error message? What does it state or do?????
