copying editable text to CD using XP

Am I correct in saying that Alex replied that Sonic DLA is packet writing
package.
We have a CD-RW and are using appropriate discs but still do not know how to
get it to work so that we can edit any information stored on the disc.
Appreciate your reply but can you break it down a bit more for us, giving us
more info.
Thank You

DLA must first format the cd-rw disk in order for it to work correctly.
Check the programs functions to format the cd-rw so it works with DLA.

If you have a CD-RW that has been formatted by DLA (right click drive in
My Computer, and first check 'Use with DLA, then click Format), then you
treat it just as you would a hard disk (but slower). You can load a
file from it into a Word Processor, and when you File - Save it will
update the copy on the CD. You only need to format a particular disk
once, unless you want to erase it - just like any disk drive

You need to be sure to right-click and Eject when you want to
interchange CD disks, and preferably before shutting down the system
