Copying and Pasting in Session

We have just had a new Terminal Server installed running on Windows 2003.
All our clients are Windows 2000 workstations. Nothing out of the ordinary
is installed on our TermServ, but I am finding clients cannot copy and paste
in a session. The option to paste doesn't even appear. I've enabled virtual
channel rights for users but still no joy (is this for between session and
local desktop?).

I've been told there is a hotfix for this - is that right? Or is there
another solution?
Any help would be much appreciated
