Copy & Paste Bug

Hello everyone,
First time asking a question in this forum... thanks in advance for your help.

Here's what's happening:

Random bug when copying and pasting text from document to document, be it
Word to Oulook message, a website text to Word, Notepad, or Outlook, or any
combination of the above.
When I copy a simple line of text wether using Ctrl+C, or RightClick Copy,
or Edit Copy and then paste it, I get a little Icon with an arrow pointing up
and what looks like an envolope. If I had to guess, it looks like a "send
mail" icon, but I have enver seen it before.
Like I said before, there is NO pattern. It happens totally randomly.
I am using XP Home by the way.

Hoping someone can help!

Something that has helped a few people track down copy/paste problems:
Start up %windir%\System32\Clipbrd.exe (or perhaps just Clipbrd).
What this does is give you a way to constantly watch what is in your
clipboard as you cut and paste. Just resize the window so you can
watch it in the corner of the screen somewhere. Perhaps watching this
can help you figure out what is going on with copy/paste.

Could very well help, Don. My summation from this is that this is only
occurring when she is doing a copy and paste from an Office email, even
though she stated no pattern/random.
