"Copy Error" when downloading language pack

When I attempt to access a Chinese language site, I get a
message that I need to download a language pack. The
download starts but it stops before it finishes and I get
a "Copy Error" message. "Setup cannot copy the file
msmincho.ttc" "Ensure that the location specified below
is correct or change it and insert Windows XP Home edition
CD Rom in the drive you specify".

I insert the installation disk that came with my Compaq
computer and click on "Retry" but it doesn't work. Any
help would be appreciated.

Make room in your temporary internet Files (folders)
Remove all files from your windows Temp folder.

See if that helps.
