That "appeared" to me as restoring an image since you don't just swap the drives
out.

That "appeared" to me as restoring an image since you don't just swap
the drives out.
Right. That's why I've been so careful to distinguish between
the two-step (create drive image and store it, and in a
separate operation restore it back to bootable drive, which I can
make work) and the one-step process (that I can't make work, i.e.
"Copy my Drive" either in GHOST 10, Partition Magic 8, or Drive
Image 7).
