the ability to set a sound be played when (s)he for example opens,
closes, maximizes or... program. But most of them doesn't have this
feature. You CAN still do it! how!? CoolSoundz comes to scene! You can
now make your favorite digital sound to be played for example when
Internet Explorer gets open.
