how do I find List of cookies and how do I delete them and will there be a problem if I delete them

To clear all of them, in Internet Explorer, click on Tools

Internet Options.

Click on the Delete Cookies button.

The cookies are stored in the
"C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Cookies" folder,
where %username% is whatever you use to login to the computer.

You can safely delete all of your cookies. However, if
certain sites you use require a login, and they remember
your login, this info is stored in a cookie. You will need
to login to the site again.

Enter cookies in a "Search" to find all the folders they are stored in. The
only thing you will run into by deleting cookies is, you will have to
re-enter any passwords and other information required to use some web-sites.
CAUTION!! Do not delete the folders, just the contents.
