cookies

I would like to not delete certain cookies that I find useful while deleting
all the rest. Is there an easy way to make this happen on a regular basis?

Instructions for using CCleaner:
Before first use, check under Options, Advanced, and UNCHECK "Only delete
files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours".
Under 'Options' you can manage your Cookies by either deleting and/or
