COOKIES DELETING

TRIED TO ACCESS A SYMANTEC SITE AND GOT MSG SAYING
COOKIES HAD TO BE ENABLED(IT IS) OR BY DELETING A COOKIES
FILE 0SC22. COULDN'T FIND THE FILE BY SEARCHING. ALSO
USED THE DELETE COOKIES TAB OF TOOLS AND WHEN I CHECKED
THE COOKIES FOLDER IT DID NOT APPEAR AS IF ANYTHING WAS
REMOVED. ANY HELP?

Go to the Cookies and manually delete all the cookies.

If no joy, you may have a virus
