controlling the volume from the speaker

I cant control the volume from my speaker. My sound is working just fine but I would like to be able to control the volume from the speaker as well as from windows. Where do I go to do this?
 
Knob on speaker? You have the speakers. Only you know what controls are on
the speakers (-:
