Hi r2d2,

Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. Go to the services tab. Check
the box to hide all MS services. Uncheck the remaining ones. Click apply ok
and reboot. Does it still happen? If not, recheck half of the services and
repeat. See if you can determine which is causing the error, then post back
with the name of that service. If it still happens, we will need to look at
the MS services, don't disable any of them without posting back first.

You could find out the path of component or service that have mistakes and
fix them. The worst way to resovle is reinstall you OS.
