Control Panel

I cannot access into the control panel, I get a message
saying that "access to the specified device, path or file
is denied." I cannot use any of the items in the control
panel, it is like frozen. Please help.

Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application.

Try one of the newsgroups for the Windows version you are using.

I've just found a reply by Gary Miller in an earlier thread ...
