Control Panel Error

When trying to access control panel items the following
error message appears: "Windows cannot access the
specified device, path, or file. You may not have the
appropriate permissions to view this file."
Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be
greatly appreciated.

Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application.

Suggest re-posting in one of the newsgroups for the
Windows version you are using.
